COCKTAIL - Bellini
The Bellini is made up of Peach puree and Champagne.
Best served in a Champagne flute.
Bellini originated from Italy. It is invented by Giuseppe Cipriani. The Bellini got its name due to its unique pink color which reminded Cipriani of the painting 'TOGA OF A SAINT' by a 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini, thus he named the drink the Bellini.
